Very interesting article and hot topic on a national level. And although at first glance, it does offer the benefit of reducing the toxins normally associated with cigarettes, it unfortunately delivers nicotine which is also very harmful to your health. For those patients contemplating surgery, keep in mind that most doctors will want you off of nicotine around the healing time and so these e-cigarettes (as they are being dubbed) are still a no-no.
