It’s really frustrating to think that I can’t do the things I enjoy if I get diabetes. I wish I’ll make that my motivation to lessen eating sweets, do more exercise and have a healthy diet. I’ve already been diagnosed with high cholesterol, I don’t wanna wait til I get a high blood sugar

I have family members with diabetes and it really does steal some beloved activities from them. Not just beloved activities but even simple every daily tasks can become a hassle or not possible to preform. I’m constantly watching my health so I can lower my risk.
