The Juice Diet Program
A traditional juice diet program will comprise of freshly made fruit and vegetables juices. It has been a leading choice for a long time, and a great alternative to water fasting since fruit and vegetable juice have alkalizing and uric acid neutralizing properties and other nutritional elements that out body requires. Fruits and vegetables can also be eaten, are easily digestible, packed with essential vitamins and give us a satiating feeling without the guilt.
Herbal Detoxification Program
Many individuals have labeled it a great choice for detoxification. It employs the natural healing power of a wide range of herbs that are very effective in cleansing our bodies of toxins. They can provide excellent detoxifying results when taken properly. These herbal supplements can come in the form of pills, tablets or most recently, in tea form. Examples are herbal teas made from dandelion root, cranberries and red beets. Studies have shown that herbal teas made from these ingredients have the ability to cleanse the liver and kidneys at the same time.
Sauna and steam baths
This mode of detoxification is usually focused on cleansing our bodies through sweating. This program can get our body clean of pollutants lingering on the surface of our skin, and even below it. Most spa centers will have this type of service in their menu.
Always remember that detoxification programs can come in many different forms and have different ways of application. It will be up to you to make a decision on which one you think will best suit your lifestyle and health requirements.
After undergoing any detoxification program, it is quite common to experience mild side effects like headaches and fatigue. It is necessary that we get back to a good healthy diet consisting of natural and unprocessed foods in order to bring back our vitality and energy that our body lost from the long process of detoxification.

I have used the process of herbal detox which is very important for health and has many cascading effects that can help us in many ways.
The reason I prefer the herbal detoxification program is that most of people’s diets are not very nourishing to their system and have the effect of clogging up their system. Also mental stress and the environment add to increasing the levels of toxins in our system so a good herbal detox program would really help most people.

i guess any of those will do good as long as we have a guidance of an expert. we should also consider our general health before undergoing any program.
for me i think the herbal/natural approach will be the best and would have lesser side effects if there’s any.

That’s even more evil than the mock patch decorator… (patch only replaces names in scopes - so it patches out objects where they are used rather than finding referrers.)

I’ve tried at one point to drink/eat only grapefruits …but I made it only half a day :(. I don’t know if my body was detoxified but my stomach was hating me.

Among the 3 mentioned ways of detoxification, the sauna and steamed bath is the most relaxing and exciting of all. Is it okay to try these 3 methods at once?
