Your right -
I’ve dealt with asthma for the past 20 years and there’s no sign of it going away. I’m very physically active - I regularly sprint, lift weights, and overall live a healthy lifestyle. I’m actually a personal trainer.
If you feel a tightness in your chest, troubled breathing, a fatigue that looms over you for no obvious reason, or mucus build up in your throat - I suggest you go see a doctor and explain your symptoms.
I currently use the advair discus 250/50 once a day and I feel almost normal.

Asthma is a long-term lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways.
Asthma became risky if someone is smoking because it damages the lungs. When smoking, someone may wheeze, cough and feel the shortness of breathe because the pathways of the air was irritate causing them to swollen, narrow, and filled with sticky mucus. Thus smoking can cause asthma flare-ups that can be severe and harder to control even with medicine.
