I completely tore my ACL last year. I was damn scared of surgery so i opted for an acupuncture based treatment from a locally renowed practitioner.
He used somethign called as Ingham’s method for completely re-building and repairing knee tissue.
I was myself surprised by what those little needles can do and the problem whics is said to be treatable only through surgery disappeared in a month. There were many arthiritis patients there as well and responding well too.
Maybe more research ought to be done about this procedure.

As the article suggests, arthritis is best treated without medication. Similarly TMJ pain is best managed by eating softer foods and maintaining correct posture. Sometimes TMJ pain can be relieved by an overall TMJ treatment plan without any surgery or medication. Often a TMJ problem is connected to an improperly aligned jaw, and in some cases even a mis-aligned spine. Chiropractic treatment often reduces TMJ pain by relaxing the muscles, and accurately re-positions the jaw.
