Will you be wearing the gloves all the time, there are different kinds and you may need to buy more than one pair. You also need to find the level of compression that is right for you. If you get a pair that are too tight you will find that you cannot move, however they are not tight enough then you will not get the benefits and pain relief that you are looking for.
